SH-BG 520 is used to observe, cut and photograph electrophoresis gels. This instrument is suitable for SYBR safe, SYBR gold, SYBR Green I & II, SYPRO ruby, SYPRO orange, Coomassie fluor, Orange stains, Gel green and other safety dyes. Users can completely get rid of the harmful ultraviolet transmission and the use of highly carcinogenic EtBr.

  • UV Transilluminator


The SUV series UV Transilluminator can be used for the result observation and gel cutting operation of nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) gel electrophoresis. 


There are two models available: single wavelength SUV-10 / dual wavelength SUV-20. The single wavelength model (SUV-10) is equipped with 302nm(or 312nm) UV lamps, and the dual wavelength model (SUV-20) is equipped with 302nm (or 312nm) and 365nm UV tubes as standard. 

The fluorescence of EB was stimulated by 302nm (or 312nm) UV with high sensitivity and clear observation band. The detection sensitivity is as low as ng level. 

The instruments are widely used in scientific research institutes and enterprises in the fields of molecular biology, molecular genetics, medicine and health, biological products, agriculture and other life sciences.
